Landscape Pros Management started with a shared passion and a deep connection to the land. Jim Ciamillo, a third-generation landscaper, followed in his grandfather’s footsteps and developed his skills through years of hands-on work and formal education in Turf and Business Management. He gained field experience, earned his Pest Control license, and never looked back.
Along the way, he teamed up with his wife, Sydni, whom he met in college. With her background in Business Management and growing expertise in landscape specimens and exotic botanicals, the duo combined their strengths to build something lasting. They officially launched the company in 2009 and have been growing ever since.
Today, the business has expanded far beyond its early beginnings. From a tight-knit local operation to a full-service landscape team trusted by homeowners, builders, and businesses across Fort Myers, it’s still run with the same heart, drive, and personal care it started with.

Jim is a third-generation landscaper who got his start working alongside his grandfather. He studied Golf Course & Turf Management and earned a Business Management degree. He also holds a professional Pest Control license. With years of hands-on experience, Jim now leads the company with pride, and you’ll often catch him out in the field.

Sydni met Jim during college, where she earned her degree in Business Management. Since starting the business together in 2009, she’s developed a deep knowledge of plants and exotic botanicals. Sydni brings passion, organization, and heart to the company’s growth. She loves seeing the impact of their work, week after week.
